We’ve had some really nice weather here. Last week it even got up to 78 degrees! The girls loved it…even Tess.
We got a call recently from a woman whose teenage daughters saw Tess’ birth announcement in the paper. They made their mother call us to congratulate us and let us know that our daughter is going to be very special. Their names are Tess and Elizabeth. :) A few days later a packaged arrived in the mail from their family. It included the paper that had the birth announcement (I told her I hadn’t picked one up yet, so she offered to mail me hers), a gift for Tess and a gift for Sophia and Jolie. Do we live in the coolest place or what?
Jolie’s first shiner. We were visiting some friends when she, in attempt to climb up on to a chair, slipped and hit her eye socket on the table. A blood vessel popped and now it looks like she is decorated with purple eye shadow.
The girls taking a ride in the dock cart.

I'm married to the best-looking, most considerate, funniest man alive. We have three beautiful little girls - a 4 year old, an almost 2 year old, and a baby born in April - and we live in one of the most gorgeous places on earth. I'm happy to get the chance to give friends and family a glimpse into our lives as we strive to love each other better every day.
Ohhhhh how wonderful! 78 degrees? Wow! These photos are wonderful–the baby is soooo pretty and great shot of Sophia jumping into the little pool! I can’t believe it! What a nice lady to connect with you all…soooo sweet. Love you all!
Oh–she’s not jumping into the pool–to the ground? And poor little shiner on Jolie!!
I love Sophia’s Pippy Longstocking hair! You should totally dress her up as that for next Halloween. I love the last picture of Jolie in the dock cart. It looks like you just woke her up for the picture. Tess is getting more beautiful with each day. Can you believe I will be there in only four weeks to visit?! Love you all.
I am soooooooo sorry about Jolie’s Eye! It did turn out to be a good shiner didn’t it. Did it really get to 78 I didn’t realize it was that warm. We just sat outside and enjoyed it. (wish it would have stuck around!) Oh and really cool picture Sophia in midair. Impressive.
78 degrees! Sigh…I’m jealous. Been 60s and perpetually rainy and cloudy here so far. I love the new pictures:-) Those little swimming pools are such lifesavers. They grant you hours of time, keeping the kids busy playing. Poor Jolie’s eye! Awww! She looks good in purple tho. (not really funny, sorry) Miss you and hope you are doin great today:-)
P.S.- I love the girls’ swimsuits!
